Curtains with care
Hello! I’m Helen, owner of Act One Interiors. With over 20 years’ experience of curtains, blinds and interiors, and a most useful list of contacts in the interior decoration business, I love nothing more than making homes beautiful and welcoming.
Your home is so important as a reflection of your own personality and lifestyle, so my aim is to get to know you and to help you create the space that is so personal to you. I generally don’t charge for interior decoration advice, so for clients who choose to work with me I hopefully add a lot of value with advice on colours, fabrics and other elements such as flooring, lighting and furniture whilst doing my main job of designing and making beautiful curtains, blinds and soft furnishings.
For many of us life has meant some changes over the last couple of years, and I am happy to work with you face to face, following the current safety guidelines, or as you prefer by video call, email or just good old fashioned telephone. If you find yourself working from home now, what better time to make some changes to your décor or layout of the house to accommodate the new ways, or if you are just fed up with looking at the same old colours and need a change, I can help!
